Business
Elitecon International Limited is an India-based manufacturing, processing, and trading enterprise primarily engaged in the production, supply, and global export of tobacco products, smoking mixtures, packaging materials, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Founded in 1987 and headquartered in New Delhi, India, the company operates across tobacco processing, consumer goods distribution, and international merchandise trading segments. The company provides an extensive portfolio of products and services, including: manufactured cigarette products, comprising premium filter cigarettes, slim variants, kretek cigarettes, and flavored tobacco sticks produced under proprietary and private-label brands; unmanufactured and processed raw tobacco commodities, consisting of Virginia flue-cured (VFC) leaf, Burley leaf, Oriental tobacco, processed cut rag blends, and pipe tobacco; alternative smoking and smokeless products, including traditional shisha molasses, hookah pastes, herbal smoking blends, chewing tobacco, and modern tobacco-free nicotine pouches; auxiliary tobacco components and industrial packaging supplies, encompassing cellulose acetate filter rods, printed cigarette tipping papers, inner foil laminates, tear tapes, and rigid carton packaging; fast-moving consumer goods trading, including packaged confectionery, shelf-stable groceries, and beverages; and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) contract manufacturing services, delivering customized leaf blending, high-speed automated rolling, private-label packaging, and export logistics for international brand owners. Elitecon International Limited serves institutional distributors, wholesale suppliers, and retail chain operators across key geographic markets, including India, the United Arab Emirates, the wider Middle East, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa. In recent strategic and operational developments, Elitecon International Limited has accelerated the expansion of its international footprint and modernized its production infrastructure. The company has enhanced its overseas supply chain network by establishing expanded trading partnerships and logistics arrangements across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to bolster cross-border FMCG and tobacco distribution. Over the past two years, the enterprise has integrated advanced automated processing and packaging machinery at its manufacturing facilities to increase output capacity and satisfy stringent international quality and compliance standards. Additionally, the company has broadened its commercial scope through new contract manufacturing alliances and the introduction of tobacco-free herbal smoking alternatives and wellness-oriented blends to meet shifting global consumer demand. To support these ongoing operational initiatives and working capital requirements, Elitecon International Limited has restructured its capital framework and completed strategic funding allocations to accelerate penetration into high-growth export markets.
