In April 2025, HOEC secured a 100% operated interest in the Mumbai Offshore Block MB/OSDSF/B15/2024 under the Special Discovered Small Fields Bid Round 2024, spanning 332.4 square kilometers with existing discoveries B-15A and B-15-2, expanding its offshore footprint beyond 800 square kilometers alongside the existing MB/OSDSF/B80/2016 block and enhancing its resource base for future development.
