Business
Impera Worldwide Ltd, formerly known as Rishab Special Yarns Limited, is an India-based commercial trading company historically engaged in textile processing and manufacturing. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, the company operates within the wholesale trading and commodity distribution sectors. The company's product and service portfolio includes the procurement, distribution, and trading of diverse industrial and agricultural commodities; general merchandise supply; and legacy synthetic textile offerings, comprising texturized polyester filament yarns; twisted synthetic yarns; polyester blended yarns; and specialty dyed filament yarns. In recent developments, the company executed a strategic corporate restructuring following a change in promoter control and management through a share purchase agreement; formally changed its name from Rishab Special Yarns Limited to Impera Worldwide Ltd to reflect its expanded commercial focus; reconstituted its board of directors and senior leadership; appointed new statutory auditors; and pivoted its core operational model from capital-intensive textile manufacturing toward asset-light multi-commodity trading and supply chain operations across regional and domestic markets.
