Originally incorporated in 1993 and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India, the company has recently completed major corporate restructurings to transition from legacy information technology services into a dedicated biopharmaceutical enterprise. In April 2026, the company officially changed its corporate name from Covidh Technologies Limited to iSERA Lifesciences Limited and relocated its registered office from Hyderabad, Telangana, to Pune, Maharashtra. In addition, the company approved the strategic acquisition of a 100 percent equity stake in iSERA Biological Limited through a share swap agreement, fully integrating biological manufacturing infrastructure, equine immunization assets, and advanced research and development programs into its core corporate structure.
