Incorporated in 2013 as Suvarnkrupa Ornaments Private Limited and renamed Kenvi Jewels Private Limited in 2017 before converting to a public limited company, it maintains its headquarters and registered office at 14, Nav Durga Complex, Ambicanagar, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Recent developments include a stock split from face value of Rs 10 to Rs 1 and a 1:4 bonus issue in May 2023; re-appointments of Managing Director Chirag Champaklal Valani and Whole Time Director Hetalben Chiragkumar Valani in 2022 for three-year terms; auditor changes with the appointment of M/s Bhagat & Co. in 2022; sustained revenue growth to Rs 162 crore in FY25 from Rs 121 crore in FY24 alongside net profit increase to Rs 0.75 crore; and the 12th annual general meeting held on September 29, 2025, approving financial statements and resolutions. Kenvi Jewels targets consumer and wholesale markets in the gems and jewelry sector, listed on the BSE SME platform under ticker KENVI.BO with a stable promoter holding of approximately 58%.
