Founded in 1972 by H. K. Firodia in Ahmednagar, India, it pioneered the Kinetic Luna moped, which sold millions domestically and was exported to countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Sri Lanka, and the United States, evolving from two-wheeler production under brands like Kinetic Honda to a specialized auto components business as the flagship of the Kinetic Group.
