Business
Naksh Precious Metals Limited manufactures and trades precious metal jewelry products and base metals in India. The company offers gold, silver, and diamond jewelry including necklaces, bangles, rings, chains, and earrings; silver and gold bars; and gems; as well as base metals and steel products such as roofing sheets, nails, nut bolts, squares and rounded pipes, springs, billets, angles, ball bearings, zinc, and nickel. Incorporated in 2003 and headquartered in New Delhi, the company, formerly known as Vaksons Automobiles Limited, changed its name in October 2023 to reflect its strategic shift toward precious metals and related trading activities. It maintains operations including automobile dealerships and spare parts trading for Force Motors light commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles, and small commercial vehicles through showrooms in Haryana and a service center in Sonipat. In 2025, Naksh Precious Metals incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, NAS Global Industries Private Limited, acquiring a 51% stake to enter the food processing and manufacturing sector, focusing on agro products, machinery, packaged foods, and import/export activities.
