Business
NDR Auto Components Limited manufactures, fabricates, assembles, sells and trades automotive components for passenger cars, utility vehicles, two-wheelers and surface transport primarily in India. The company produces seat frames, seat trims and covers for four-wheelers and two-wheelers; body-in-white (BIW) parts; welded assemblies; metal sheet components; exhaust systems; injection molded parts; and seat-related accessories including rear backs, front cushions, arm rests and risers. Incorporated in March 2019 as the flagship of the Rohit Relan Group and listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange (NDRAUTO.NS), NDR Auto Components maintains its headquarters and primary manufacturing facility in Gurugram, with additional operations in Gujarat and Pathredi. The Rohit Relan Group traces its automotive origins to the 1980s through Bharat Seats Limited and Sharda Motor Industries Limited, from which NDR demerged its seating business. Key customers include Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Suzuki Motorcycles. In November 2025, the company approved investments of Rs 7.43 crore for a Seat Belt Reminder System project in technical collaboration with Fujikura and Rs 17.43 crore for seating latches with Fisher Dynamics Corporation; it also committed Rs 3 crore to its wholly owned subsidiary NDR Auto Components Safety Systems via rights issue subscription. Recent developments further encompass production of stamping and welded BIW parts for Tier-1 suppliers to Maruti Suzuki, land acquisition proposals and robust quarterly profit growth including Rs 119.4 million consolidated profit for the September 2025 quarter.
