Ltd. and renamed Palco Metals Limited in 2001 under current management that assumed control in 1997, the company is headquartered at Block No. 1715, Saiprasad Industrial Park-II, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In June 2025, Palco Metals announces a scheme of arrangement to merge its subsidiary Palco Recycle Industries Limited, transferring all assets and liabilities including the subsidiary's Rs. 80.7 crore paid-up capital and Rs. 194 crore turnover for FY 2023-24; reduces debt and working capital days from 22.6 to 10.5 recently while reporting sales growth to Rs. 247 crore in FY 2025 with ROE at 41%.
