In 2022, Retina Paints converted from a private limited to a public limited company, acquired its own manufacturing facility at Rayaraopet near Ghatkesar, Hyderabad, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange under ticker RETINA.BO, and expanded its franchise network, inaugurating its fifth outlet at Medipally while introducing tinting machines and pursuing further outlets across India in FY2025.
