R M Drip & Sprinklers Systems Ltd designs, manufactures and sells micro irrigation equipment and components in India, including drip irrigation systems with online drip openable threaded drippers, flat drip-smart lines, online drip laterals and pressure compensating drippers; sprinkler irrigation systems; HDPE pipes and PVC pipes; pipe fittings; disc filters, screen filters, hydro-cyclone filters and sand filters; compression fittings; valves including electric and mechanical types; and fertilizer tanks. The company, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Sinnar near Nashik, Maharashtra, assists farmers in designing and installing sprinkler and drip systems tailored to their needs, serves as an original equipment manufacturer to irrigation companies and sub-assembly producers, and operates a dealer network across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and Jharkhand. It went public in 2017 via an IPO raising Rs 11.45 crore and commenced PVC pipe manufacturing in December 2020; more recently, the company enhanced production capacity from 1,050 kg/hr to 2,100 kg/hr by adding three advanced extrusion machines, obtained vendor enlistment from Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran for water supply pipes to support projects like Swachh Jal Mission, held a board meeting in June 2024 to consider fundraising, completed a further investment to acquire 66.69% equity in a subsidiary, and reported consolidated net profit rising 212% to Rs 5.31 crore on 79% higher sales of Rs 30.48 crore for the quarter ended June 2025.
