In recent developments, Savita Oil Technologies approved a buyback of equity shares worth up to ₹36.45 crores at ₹675 per share in August 2024, launched an automotive lubricants range under the Idemitsu brand, and set September 15, 2025, as the record date for its FY 2024-25 dividend payment.
