Formerly known as Srinivasa Shipping and Property Development Limited until its name change in May 2008, SSPDL Limited completed its largest residential project, The Retreat in Hyderabad for BHEL Employees Cyber Colony, in 2023 and sold shares in four wholly owned subsidiaries—SSPDL Realty India Private Limited, SSPDL Infra Projects India Private Limited, SSPDL Resorts Private Limited, and SSPDL Real Estates India Private Limited—resulting in their cessation as subsidiaries effective December 2022; the company continues to report periodic financial results, including un-audited standalone and consolidated figures for quarters ended December 2024 and ongoing board approvals for subsequent periods in 2025.
