Recent developments include shareholder approval in November 2025 for a slump sale of its business undertaking to Canolli Manufacturing Private Limited for INR 4.2 crore on a going concern basis, encompassing all assets, intellectual property, contracts, and liabilities; a 7.36% stake acquisition by Asscue Management Services Pvt Ltd and Kriansh Nirmaan Pvt Ltd via open market purchases in October 2025; and promoter Guenther America Inc.'s transfer of 378,000 shares in three tranches during late October 2025.
