Battery Mineral Resources Corp. is a Canada-based battery minerals company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of minerals critical to electrification, including copper, cobalt, gold, lithium and graphite. Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company operates its flagship Punitaqui copper-gold-silver mining complex in Chile's Coquimbo region, where it produces copper concentrates through mine-sourced mill feed and third-party by-products processed at its flotation plant; explores cobalt deposits in Ontario's Cobalt Belt and cobalt-copper-gold properties in the United States; holds graphite assets in South Korea; and leverages its 100%-owned subsidiary ESI Energy Services Inc., which rents and sells renewable energy equipment, backfill separation machines and pipeline construction equipment to contractors in Canada and the United States. Battery Mineral Resources conducts activities in Canada, the United States, Chile and South Korea, targeting mid-tier copper production and diversified exposure to battery metals amid the global electrification trend. In 2025, the company secured long-term labor agreements through its Chilean subsidiary Minera BMR SpA ensuring workforce stability at Punitaqui's Cinabrio and San Andrés operations into 2028; completed royalty financings including a gross revenue royalty sale to Electric Royalties Ltd. and transactions with Weston Energy II LLC and Weston Energy III LLC extinguishing debt in exchange for project royalties; closed a US$2 million debt financing from Weston Energy LLC to support production ramp-up; filed its 2024 annual and Q1 2025 financials; revoked a cease trade order to resume trading; and appointed Keith Spano to its board as head of the audit committee while reporting encouraging drill results from Punitaqui.
