In recent periods, Electroprecizia SA has executed major strategic and operational changes focused on industrial modernization, portfolio diversification, and corporate restructuring. The company completed a transition into an integrated holding structure composed of specialized operating entities, including Electroprecizia Electrical Motors SRL, Electroprecizia Electrical Equipment SRL, Electroprecizia Cast Production SRL, Electroprecizia Construct Maintenance SRL, and Electroprecizia Industrial Park SRL. To align with European Union energy efficiency regulations and decarbonization targets, the group upgraded its motor production facilities to expand output of high-efficiency IE3 and IE4 electric motors.
