In November 2025, Baylin Technologies signed an agreement for the transformational acquisition of Sweden's Kaelus AB for $42 million, adding complementary base station antennas, RF conditioning, cellular synchronization and wireless test and measurement products to create a global wireless technology leader with projected 2026 revenue of $141 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $15.9 million, financed by a $10 million equity raise of subscription receipts and a new $30.9 million credit facility.
