The company conducts operations nationwide through business lines including Consumer, Commercial and Corporate Services/Other, with key subsidiaries and units such as Refund Advantage in Louisville, Kentucky, for tax refund software; EPS in Easton, Pennsylvania; SCS in Hurst, Texas; and Insurance Premium Finance in Dallas, Texas, and Newport Beach, California. Recent developments include the launch of Solutions for Financial Institutions in 2024, expanding beyond prepaid cards to encompass commercial finance and merchant services for community banks and credit unions; a new partnership with Upstart announced in November 2025 to offer personal loans via Upstart's AI lending marketplace; and an extension of its lending partnership with Oportun through 2029 to support unsecured and secured personal loans for underserved populations.
