CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad, an investment holding company founded in 1980 and headquartered in Telok Panglima Garang, Malaysia, manufactures and sells palm oil mill equipment and related spare parts including screw presses, digesters, sludge centrifuges, king crackers, fresh fruit bunch crushers, pressure vessels and threshers; provides turnkey design, supply, construction and installation of Modipalm Continuous Sterilisation and conventional palm oil mills; designs, fabricates, retrofits and maintains special purpose vehicles such as firefighting and rescue vehicles and ambulances; designs, manufactures, installs, tests, commissions and maintains boilers and unfired pressure vessels; cultivates oil palm on approximately 24,197 hectares in Indonesia with 14,262 hectares planted and holds interests in 7,021 hectares of mature oil palms in Sarawak; and trades and processes crude palm oil, crude palm kernel oil, sludge palm oil and refined bleached deodorised palm oil through refinery, pre-treatment and biodiesel plants with capacities of 120,000 MT/year each. The company operates primarily through Palm Oil Equipment and Engineering, Special Purpose Vehicles, Refinery, Plantation and Milling, and Steam Energy segments, serving customers including Sime Darby Plantation, TH Plantations, United Plantations and PT Sinarmas across Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Africa, Central America and other regions. In October 2025, a subsidiary entered a share subscription agreement with Anglo-Eastern Plantations valued at IDR 150 billion related to the acquisition of PT Jaya Jadi Utama, marking a significant strategic transaction in its plantation operations.
