- Crossmark ETF Trust – Crossmark Large Cap Value ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of large-cap value companies. Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker CLCV, the Fund generally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies included in the Russell 1000 Value Index, while retaining flexibility to invest in small- and mid-capitalization companies, other investment companies and real estate investment trusts. The Fund employs a bottom-up investment process combining multi-factor quantitative models, fundamental company analysis and risk-management techniques; evaluates valuation, financial strength, growth prospects, competitive position, projected earnings, cash flows and dividends; and applies sector and individual-security exposure controls. It is a non-diversified fund and generally maintains a portfolio of approximately 40 to 60 holdings. Crossmark Global Investments Inc., a Houston, Texas-based investment adviser founded in 1987 and wholly owned by Crossmark Global Holdings Inc., serves as investment adviser and provides portfolio-management, values-based screening, administration and compliance services. Robert C. Doll, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Crossmark, serves as lead portfolio manager, with Ryan E. Caylor, Head of Research, serving as co-portfolio manager. PINE Distributors LLC distributes Creation Units of the Fund. The Fund offers U.S. listed equity exposure to retail investors, financial advisers, institutions and other investors through brokerage accounts, with shares traded in the secondary market and Creation Units issued and redeemed through authorized participants. The Fund’s total annual operating expense ratio is 0.50%. The Fund applies values-based investment screens designed to avoid companies materially involved in alcohol, tobacco, gambling, abortion-related activities, embryonic stem-cell research, adult entertainment and psychoactive recreational cannabis; it also incorporates third-party positive-values data and rankings addressing employee treatment, environmental practices, community engagement and corporate governance. Crossmark ETF Trust launched CLCV on July 23, 2025, alongside the Crossmark Large Cap Growth ETF, expanding Crossmark’s actively managed, values-screened investment offering into the exchange-traded fund market. In its latest published quarterly update, the Fund reported portfolio repositioning during the fourth quarter of 2025, reducing exposure to communication services and health care while increasing exposure to energy and industrials; as of December 31, 2025, it held its largest overweight positions in financials and information technology and was underweight consumer staples and consumer discretionary.
