In late November 2025, COPL entered into a new framework agreement with China Overseas Land & Investment Limited, renewing continuing connected transactions for the disposal of car parking space rights-of-use from developments managed by COPL, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with annual caps of RMB100 million to support inventory expansion and accelerate capital turnover on normal commercial terms.
