Business
Condor Energies Inc. (TSX: CDR; OTC: CNPRF) is a Canada-based, internationally focused energy transition company engaged in natural gas and condensate production; construction and operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities; and development of critical minerals including lithium and copper. The company produces conventional natural gas and natural gas liquids from the Poyraz Ridge and Destan gas fields in Turkiye, where it holds 100% operating interests; provides production enhancement services for an integrated cluster of eight conventional natural gas-condensate fields in Uzbekistan; and advances LNG production initiatives and mineral exploration on the Sayakbay and Kolkuduk licenses in Kazakhstan. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Condor Energies operates primarily in Central Asia and Turkiye, targeting high-value, low-cost reserves to serve European and Asian markets while minimizing environmental impact through low-carbon LNG to displace diesel fuel. In recent developments, Condor closed a $19.4 million brokered equity financing in December 2024 to fund an expanded workover program in Uzbekistan including plunger lift installations and tubing replacements, acceleration of a multi-well vertical and horizontal drilling campaign into the first half of 2025, field equipment upgrades, and a third service rig; secured a USD $5.0 million bridge loan in August 2025 from shareholder Eurasia Resource Value SE to advance its first LNG facility in Kazakhstan slated for production in Q2 2026; completed its first horizontal well in Uzbekistan in October 2025 with plans for additional vertical confirmation and pad-style horizontal development drilling targeting three reservoirs in 2026; and signed a heads of agreement with the Uzbekistan government and national energy company to enhance gas production across eight fields.
