Business
Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties focused on rare earth elements and uranium in Canada and Brazil. The company holds 100% interest in the Alces Lake property, comprising 38,522 hectares in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin region for high-grade critical rare earth elements including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, and gallium, as well as four early-stage uranium projects—Otherside, Loranger, North Wollaston, and Eastside—covering 94,982 hectares in Saskatchewan; 100% interest in the Elliot Lake property spanning 13,008 hectares across five mineralized zones in northern Ontario for uranium and rare earth elements; and up to a 70% interest in the PCH Ionic Adsorption Clay project covering 40,963 hectares in Goiás State, Brazil, targeting ionic clay and carbonatitic breccia rare earth mineralization with recent maiden resource estimate of 6.6 million tonnes indicated grading 2,513 ppm TREO and 46.2 million tonnes inferred grading 2,888 ppm TREO. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Appia operates in mining-friendly jurisdictions targeting clean energy markets for electric vehicles, wind turbines, nuclear power, and advanced electronics. In November 2025, the company closed a transaction with Ultra Rare Earth Inc. including CAD $2,780,000 financing and a US $6 million investment commitment into Appia Brasil to advance PCH drilling, expand carbonatitic breccia mineralization toward a new resource estimate, and progress the ionic clay project to prefeasibility study; raised $1.5 million from warrant exercises in late November 2025; identified several high-priority rare earth drill targets from a 2025 ground gravity survey at Alces Lake; completed multiple non-brokered private placements throughout 2025; commenced diamond drilling at PCH Target IV; acquired new auger drills and launched programs at Gaia adjacent to Taygeta and Merope; earned additional interests in PCH reaching 5.89% in July 2025; signed a binding term sheet in September 2025 to sell 45% of PCH retaining 25% post-PEA; and appointed Peter J. Cashin as director in May 2025.
