Business
Meryllion Resources Corp. (CSE: MYR, OTC: MYRLF) is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious and critical mineral properties. The company holds interests in gold, silver, and antimony deposits through its Makenzie project in Nye County, Nevada, USA, comprising 102 lode-mining claims covering 8.34 square kilometers of volcano-sedimentary-hosted low-sulphidation epithermal targets; ionic adsorption clay (IAC)-hosted rare earth elements (REE) projects in northeast Tasmania, Australia, including the Westbury and Tasmanian Strategic Green Metals properties spanning approximately 800 square kilometers along strike from ABx Group discoveries noted for high terbium and dysprosium grades; and an option to acquire the Oldham Range base metals property in Western Australia. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Meryllion targets mining-friendly jurisdictions in North America and Australia to supply precious metals for industrial applications and REEs for clean energy technologies and advanced materials. In July 2025, the company entered a lease and option agreement with Bull Mountain Resources LLC for the Makenzie project, staked 89 additional claims to expand the footprint, and appointed Mark J. Pryor as Technical Advisor for US Exploration; it also completed non-brokered private placements in March and April 2025 raising approximately CAD$460,000, closed shares-for-debt settlements, secured a CAD$195,000 related-party loan in June 2025, and announced management changes including a director resignation and CFO transition in September 2025. Exploration permits for maiden REE drilling in Tasmania were granted in May 2024, with ongoing advancement of high-prospectivity targets led by a team experienced in international mining project development.
