- Pacifica Silver Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and advancement of high-grade precious and base metal resource properties in the Americas. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company operates within the metals and mining sector, conducting primary exploration activities through its Mexican operating subsidiary, Cielo Azul Resources, S.A. de C.V. Pacifica Silver Corp.'s core mineral assets and exploration offerings encompass the exploration, delineation, and evaluation of silver, gold, and copper deposits; the 100%-owned flagship Claudia Silver-Gold Project, encompassing 11,876 hectares across the historic El Papantón Mining District within the Sierra Madre Occidental belt in Durango State, Mexico, which hosts high-grade epithermal vein systems including the Aguilareña, Justina, Mina Vieja, and Mina de Oro structural trends; the Janampalla copper-gold exploration property located in Huancavelica Province, Peru; surface exploration services comprising geological mapping, geochemical rock and soil sampling, and trenching; geophysical survey programs including induced polarization and resistivity profiling; and multi-phase diamond core drilling programs directed at resource discovery and asset evaluation. In July 2025, the company completed a major strategic transformation by changing its corporate name from Roberto Resources Inc. to Pacifica Silver Corp., updating its Canadian Securities Exchange ticker symbol to PSIL, and subsequently listing on the OTCQB Venture Market under PAGFF and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under Y2M. This corporate repositioning followed the acquisition of the Claudia Silver-Gold Project from Durango Gold Corp. through the purchase of Cielo Azul Resources, S.A. de C.V. In August 2025, the company secured a strategic private placement financing of up to C$10 million with participation from leading silver producers, including Vizsla Silver Corp. and First Majestic Silver Corp. Operationally, Pacifica Silver completed an 8,000-metre Phase I drilling program in late 2025 and launched a Phase II campaign in 2026, subsequently expanding the 2026 drilling program to 30,000 metres following the receipt of environmental permits for several hundred additional drill sites and reporting new high-grade silver-gold mineralized intercepts along the Aguilareña corridor. In September 2026, the company appointed Israel Munoz as Chief Financial Officer to oversee its corporate and financial governance.
