The Sandy property, consisting of 54 unpatented federal lode claims, is situated within Lincoln County, Nevada. Recently, Torrent Gold Inc. undertook a share consolidation in June 2025 and announced a private placement offering. The company also appointed a new CEO in April 2025 and explored opportunities in the oil and gas sector earlier in the year. Originally incorporated in 2018, the company changed its name from Raindrop Ventures Inc. in April 2022 and is currently headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
