Canstar Resources Inc. (TSXV: ROX; OTC: CSRNF) is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing precious and critical mineral properties, primarily in Newfoundland. The company advances high-grade polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) and orogenic gold projects, including its 100%-owned flagship Golden Baie Project covering 489.5 square kilometers in south-central Newfoundland, which features district-scale gold and antimony systems with samples up to 4,485 grams per tonne gold and 74% antimony; the Buchans and Mary March projects spanning 138.5 square kilometers in the historic Buchans Mining Camp, a world-class VMS district with legacy high-grade production of zinc, lead, copper, silver and gold; along with additional exploration licenses targeting copper, zinc, lead, silver, gold and antimony deposits through advanced geophysical surveys, 3D geological modeling, AI-supported targeting and systematic drilling programs. Canstar operates exclusively in Canada, with all properties located in Newfoundland and Labrador. Founded prior to its current listing and headquartered at 220 Bay Street, Suite 550, Toronto, Ontario, the company maintains a technical team led by experts in VMS systems and orogenic gold exploration. In April 2025, Canstar executed a strategic $11.5 million joint venture with VMS Mining Corporation, providing non-dilutive funding for aggressive exploration at Buchans and Mary March, complemented by a letter of intent with Khosla Ventures-backed TerraAI to deploy artificial intelligence for enhanced discovery probabilities; later in 2025, it closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement raising approximately $850,000 and received over $1 million in early warrant exercise proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet ahead of expanded 2026 drilling campaigns.
