In October 2025, parent company Corteva announced plans to separate into two independent public companies by the second half of 2026, with EIDP expected to remain integral to the Crop Protection-focused entity emphasizing biologicals, operational excellence, and innovative solutions amid ongoing restructuring of its manufacturing network projected to conclude in 2026; earlier in May 2025, EIDP priced a $500 million senior notes offering due 2032 to refinance existing debt, launched over 2,500 new seed and crop protection products since 2019 supported by $8.9 billion in cumulative R&D, and reaffirmed full-year 2025 guidance with raised net sales expectations of $17.6 billion to $17.8 billion following strong quarterly results.
