- Cleantek Industries Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta-headquartered clean-technology company that designs, patents, manufactures, sells, rents and services technology-based equipment intended to reduce fuel consumption, operating costs, maintenance requirements and carbon intensity for oil and gas, midstream, mining, industrial and construction customers. Founded in 2009, the Company operates through equipment rentals, field services and equipment sales, serving exploration and production companies, mining operators and industrial contractors across Canada, the United States and international markets. Its principal offerings include HALO and HALO SE distributed LED lighting systems, including crown-mounted lighting configurations; SolarHybrid fuel-saving light towers; high-output stadium lighting systems; EcoSteam and CleanSteam wastewater-dehydration units; DZeroE waste-heat-to-power produced-water evaporation systems that enable on-site wastewater treatment and evaporation; conventional light towers; and SecureTek remote site-security, surveillance, asset-management and 24/7 monitoring solutions. Cleantek’s wastewater-management equipment is designed to reduce wastewater haulage and disposal requirements, while its lighting portfolio is intended to provide lower-fuel, lower-emission illumination for field and industrial sites. In 2025, the Company converted additional CleanSteam units to EcoSteam configurations capable of operating on natural gas or waste gas, eliminating diesel consumption relative to predecessor technology. In January 2026, Cleantek secured a contract to supply and install up to 60 HALO SE Crown Mount lighting systems for an international customer in the United Arab Emirates, its largest single international contract to date. During 2026, the Company expanded HALO SE commercialization internationally through an initial multi-unit sale in South America and a sale of three HALO SE units for deployment in Alaska, while reporting record quarterly revenue for the second quarter of 2026.
