In 2025, the company reports strong revenue growth exceeding 40% year-to-date in vascular access, surgical consumables and international sales; achieves its fifth consecutive quarter of profitability with gross margins of 55-60%; maintains over $18 million in cash reserves and zero debt; retains 100% of its top 50 U.S. hospital customers; signs a major distribution agreement with Paul Hartmann USA for ColActive PLUS; engages Origin Merchant Partners to pursue mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, primarily in North America; and announces its first-ever dividend payment.
