The property portfolio, valued at approximately SEK 137.3 billion as of September 2025 with 5.3 million square meters of leasable area, primarily comprises offices, warehouses, light industry facilities, public sector properties and retail spaces located in around 20 cities including Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Helsinki; sustainability features prominently with 68% of properties certified, 21% self-generated solar electricity and ongoing energy efficiency improvements. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company employs over 500 staff and operates through decentralized regional units to ensure local market expertise and tenant proximity.
