DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited conducts operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Brunei, the Philippines, and Vietnam, targeting general consumers with everyday essentials through an extensive network of over 10,700 outlets supported by efficient supply chains. Founded in 1886 and headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, the company functions as a subsidiary of Jardine Strategic Limited. In June 2025, DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited sold its 22.2% stake in Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. in the Philippines for US$270 million to refocus capital on core operating businesses; in May 2025, it formed a strategic partnership with Dingdong (DDL) targeting HKD100 million in first-year sales for fresh produce supply across Hong Kong, Macau, and Cambodia via Wellcome stores and online channels; the company rebranded from Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited in May 2022.
