In 2025, Digital Realty broke ground on a new colocation hub in Rome, Italy, partnered with EXA Infrastructure to position Crete as a Mediterranean connectivity hub, announced a collaboration with Lumen Technologies for high-capacity AI-ready data services, and formed a data center development joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation.
