(DTI) manufactures, rents, inspects, refurbishes, and services downhole drilling tools and related equipment for horizontal, directional, onshore, and offshore oil and natural gas operations. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio including Drill-N-Ream wellbore conditioning systems; RotoSteer extended-reach drilling tools; FixedBlade stabilizers, passive reamers, and RSS sleeves; non-magnetic and steel drill collars; pony collars; stabilizers; sub-assemblies; reamers; shock tools; drilling accessories; drill pipe; Hevi-Wate drill pipe; handling tools; subs; blowout preventers; diamond products; premium pipe rentals; and tubular rentals such as kellys, pup joints, work strings, and production tubing. DTI operates through multiple facilities across North America including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and California; with international presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company recently completed the acquisition of UK-based Titan Tools Services Ltd. in January 2025 to enhance its North Sea, European, and African market presence and technological capabilities in downhole tools; and acquired European Drilling Projects in October 2024 to expand its global footprint, integrate innovative drilling technologies complementary to Drill-N-Ream, and strengthen its Eastern Hemisphere operations.
