Aspire Capital Holding for Financial Investments S.A.E. is an Egypt-based non-banking financial services holding company engaged in the provision of investment banking, securities brokerage, asset management, and specialized financing solutions. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, the company delivers integrated financial solutions to institutional investors, corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and retail clients across Egypt and the wider Middle East and North Africa region. The company operates through several core business lines, offering securities brokerage services, comprising equity execution, fixed-income trading, margin lending, same-day trading, and electronic trading through its proprietary Roaya Online platform; asset management solutions, including mutual fund management, discretionary equity and fixed-income portfolio management, and customized institutional investment mandates; investment banking and advisory services, encompassing mergers and acquisitions advisory, equity and debt capital market underwriting, initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, and valuation advisory; non-banking financing services, featuring microfinance lending programs, small and medium-sized enterprise credit facilities, and consumer finance solutions; and custody services, offering safekeeping, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions administration. In recent corporate developments, Aspire Capital Holding has pursued strategic capital enhancements and business expansion across its non-banking financial verticals, highlighted by its board approval in 2026 to increase issued and paid-up capital from EGP 400 million to EGP 780 million via the issuance of 1.9 billion new shares to fund balance-sheet growth and liquidity needs. This capital increase builds upon the group's corporate reorganization following its horizontal de-merger from Pioneers Holding, establishing Aspire Capital as a dedicated financial services provider while executing strategic initiatives to scale microfinance operations, modernize digital trading infrastructure, and evaluate expansion into adjacent sectors including mortgage finance.
