Business
Emaar Misr for Development SAE is an Egypt-based real estate development and investment company engaged in the planning, development, construction, marketing, and management of large-scale, integrated master-planned lifestyle communities across prime urban and coastal corridors in Egypt. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, the company operates as a major subsidiary of United Arab Emirates-based global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC. The company's core operations are organized across three primary business segments: Residential Real Estate, Commercial and Retail Properties, and Hospitality and Leisure. The company's portfolio features signature master-planned developments, including Uptown Cairo in Mokattam, Mivida in New Cairo, Marassi and Soul Luxury Beach Resort on the Mediterranean North Coast, Cairo Gate in Sheikh Zayed City, and Belle Vie in New Zayed. Emaar Misr's comprehensive product and service offerings comprise the development, marketing, and sale of premium residential properties, including standalone luxury villas, townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, penthouses, and residential apartments; commercial and retail real estate solutions, encompassing grade-A office spaces, integrated business parks, retail promenades, and lifestyle shopping centers; hospitality assets, comprising luxury beachfront and city hotels, branded serviced residences, and boutique accommodations operated in collaboration with brands such as Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts; recreational and leisure infrastructure, including championship golf courses, international yacht marinas, private beach clubs, sports facilities, and clubhouses; and comprehensive property and community management services, covering facility maintenance, security, utility infrastructure management, and resident support. In recent operational and strategic developments, Emaar Misr has accelerated its multi-asset expansion across Egypt's high-growth coastal and metropolitan markets. The company expanded its luxury hospitality and leisure footprint along the Mediterranean coastline through advanced construction and phased launches at Soul Luxury Beach Resort and the introduction of new Address and Vida beachfront hotel properties at Marassi. Emaar Misr has also executed major construction contracts and strategic partnerships to expedite project delivery schedules across the Belle Vie and Cairo Gate communities, while expanding its recurring revenue base via commercial and retail leasing assets. Additionally, the company continues to pursue strategic land expansion and infrastructure development initiatives in alignment with Egypt's urban regeneration and destination tourism growth plans.
