Business
Taaleem Management Services S.A.E. is an Egypt-based educational platform company that invests in, develops, and manages private higher education institutions. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt, the company operates within the consumer services and higher education sector, providing accredited undergraduate and graduate academic programs, vocational training, and tertiary educational infrastructure across the Egyptian market. The company provides a comprehensive suite of higher education programs and institutional management services across its university platform, organized through specialized academic faculties and centralized operational divisions. Its core educational offerings and services include degree-granting undergraduate and postgraduate curricula in human medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, nursing, and allied medical sciences; degree programs in engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, and data science; academic tracks in business administration, applied economics, finance, accounting, and marketing; and degree programs in mass communication, media production, and liberal arts. Taaleem also delivers integrated institutional management services, encompassing academic administration, faculty recruitment and talent development, curriculum design, regulatory accreditation compliance, student admissions, registrar support, campus facilities management, student housing, career placement services, and university hospital operations for clinical training. The company delivers its educational services through three primary university assets: Nahda University in Beni Suef (NUB), which represents the largest private university in Upper Egypt; Badya University in West Cairo (6th of October City), developed through a joint venture structure; and Memphis University in East Cairo (New Cairo). In recent developments, Taaleem Management Services has significantly broadened its institutional footprint and academic portfolio through new campus rollouts, faculty expansions, and strategic international partnerships. The company completed the initial operational phase and commercial launch of its newest higher education asset, Memphis University in New Cairo, initiating academic instruction across founding faculties of medicine, engineering, and business. In West Cairo, Taaleem advanced the phased development of Badya University in partnership with Palm Hills Developments, adding new faculties including the Faculty of Arts alongside established programs in medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, and computing. At Nahda University, the company expanded its specialized healthcare track following presidential decrees authorizing the establishment of new faculties of nursing and applied health sciences. To support international curriculum benchmarking, Taaleem established and deepened strategic cross-border academic alliances, including collaborations with the Medical University of Vienna for dental clinical training, the University of Texas Medical Branch for medical research and exchange, Maastricht University for dual certification pathways, and Red Hat Academy for technical skills development. Additionally, the company completed a major ownership transition following the full investment exit of private equity partner CI Capital after a five-year platform scaling period.
