On the corporate and financial front, the company has undertaken capital adjustments and corporate restructuring to optimize working capital efficiency, supported by shifting institutional and private shareholder positions, including equity ownership adjustments by key stakeholders such as Wadi Consulting. Operationally, the company continues to execute on public utility and urban modernization contracts across Greater Cairo, Shorouk City, and Upper Egypt, while resolving legacy labor entitlements to strengthen workforce stability and corporate governance across its contracting and quarrying divisions.
