Median Technologies S.A. Median Technologies S.A. develops artificial intelligence-powered imaging solutions and services for oncology clinical trials and precision diagnostics. The company offers iCRO, an end-to-end imaging CRO platform for medical image analysis and management that supports biopharmaceutical companies in phase I through phase III oncology studies with AI-driven insights on patient responses, biomarker discovery, patient selection, disease monitoring, and regulatory submissions; and eyonis, a suite of AI/ML-based software as medical devices (SaMDs) including eyonis LCS for lung cancer screening detection and characterization, eyonis IPN for incidental lung cancer detection, and eyonis HCC for early liver cancer diagnosis, enabling clinicians to improve early detection, diagnostic accuracy, and patient monitoring. Median operates globally with teams in Europe (headquartered in Valbonne, France), the United States (Boston, MA), and China (Shanghai), serving over 80 biopharma clients, more than 2,500 clinical sites across 28 countries, and leveraging a workforce of over 230 professionals from 26 nationalities with expertise in clinical oncology imaging. Founded in 2002, the company recently completed a €23.9 million capital increase in August 2025 to support U.S. commercialization of eyonis LCS following FDA 510(k) application submission, secured a €37.5 million financing line with the European Investment Bank in July 2025, signed a €10 million bond financing agreement with Iris in January 2025, and intensified partnerships with leading U.S. AI diagnostic organizations and global CROs for eyonis suite expansion and iCRO repositioning, extending its cash runway through at least Q4 2026.
