Business
Virtualware 2007 SA is a Spain-based technology company engaged in the development and provision of enterprise virtual reality software and immersive interactive solutions. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Basauri, Spain, the company delivers virtual reality-as-a-service platforms, digital twin visualizations, and immersive simulation technologies tailored for large corporations, defense entities, critical infrastructure operators, and educational institutions across Europe, North America, and Latin America. The company offers its solutions through proprietary software platforms and specialized engineering services. Its flagship product is VIROO, an enterprise Virtual Reality as a Service platform that enables multi-user collaboration in 1:1 scale virtual environments. The VIROO product ecosystem includes VIROO Studio, a suite of content authoring and management tools for developing multi-user simulation scenarios; VIROO Room, a turnkey physical-virtual deployment architecture supporting large-scale tracking and real-time physical immersion; and VIROO Academy, a specialized training and educational framework designed for academic and corporate learning environments. In addition to proprietary software, Virtualware provides comprehensive custom engineering and digital transformation services, including custom digital twin integration; complex industrial operational and safety training simulators; interactive medical and healthcare training applications; 3D visualization and computer-aided design asset conversion; and turn-key immersive hardware-software systems deployment and maintenance services. Virtualware serves mission-critical sectors such as defense, aerospace, rail and public transportation, energy and utilities, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing, with a client base that includes ADIF, Alstom, GE Vernova, Iberdrola, Navantia, and defense organizations. The company operates international offices and subsidiaries, including its wholly owned North American entity, Virtualware Inc. In recent strategic developments, Virtualware completed a public listing on Euronext Paris under the ticker ALVIR and expanded international investor access via cross-trading on the United States OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker VRWTF. To accelerate global commercial scaling, the company launched its global VIROO Partner Program, formed academic and enterprise deployment partnerships across North America and Europe, and released cloud-enabled multi-location capabilities for the VIROO platform to support distributed multi-site enterprise operations.
