Business
Deceuninck NV (DECB.BR) designs, manufactures and distributes extruded PVC, aluminium and composite profiles and accessories for windows, doors and sustainable building applications worldwide. The company offers window and door systems including main, sliding, roller shutter and louvre profiles; outdoor living products such as terrace decking and fencing under the patented Twinson composite brand; roofline and wall cladding solutions; interior applications encompassing wall and ceiling coverings, window boards, skirting and finishing trims; and sound barriers for infrastructure projects, with a focus on energy-efficient, recyclable and low-maintenance features emphasizing superior thermal and acoustic insulation. Founded in 1937 and headquartered in Hooglede-Gits, Belgium, Deceuninck operates 17 manufacturing facilities and 21 distribution centres across three segments--Europe, North America, and Turkey & Emerging Markets--serving over 90 countries through approximately 35 subsidiaries and more than 3,500 employees. In recent developments, Deceuninck reported resilient H1 2024 financial results amid macroeconomic challenges, achieved SBTi approval for its greenhouse gas reduction targets in September 2023, secured a EUR120 million sustainability-linked revolving credit facility with KBC Bank in December 2022, and announced the departure of its CEO alongside first RecyClass certification for recycled PVC use and renewal of the VinylPlus Product Label in 2025. The company continues to innovate with technologies like iCOR, ThermoFibra, Innergy AP and the fully recycled Phoenix window profile, while sponsoring UCI WorldTeam cycling squads Alpecin-Deceuninck and Fenix-Deceuninck to underscore its performance-driven ethos.
