Business
CFM Indosuez Wealth Management S.A. is a Monaco-based private bank specializing in wealth management and private banking services. Founded in 1922, the company operates as a subsidiary of CA Indosuez Société anonyme and primarily serves high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and professional investors. Its core offerings include discretionary investment management; advisory services on equities, bonds, foreign exchange, investment funds, guaranteed or protected capital products, and derivatives; financial engineering to optimize tax and legal asset structures; life insurance products; property financing; portfolio management; insurance brokerage; and real estate services. The bank also provides depositary banking and comprehensive banking solutions tailored to clients' needs, including for institutional and corporate clients, family offices, and independent asset managers. In recent years, CFM Indosuez Wealth Management has expanded its services by strengthening its real estate business line and launching new innovative products such as structured products, fixed-maturity bond funds, and responsible investment funds classified under SFDR Article 8. In 2023, it acquired strategic stakes in Wealth Dynamix, a UK fintech specializing in client relationship management solutions, and AirFund, a French startup facilitating private market fund distribution, enhancing its digital and operational capabilities. The firm has also accelerated its digital transformation with the rollout of new client management tools and its My Indosuez mobile app. Additionally, the company reorganized its governance to create three business line divisions: Advisory, Financing and Coverage; Investment Management; and Fund Technology & Banking Services, with new leadership appointments to strengthen its strategic execution. Operating mainly in Monaco with international reach, CFM Indosuez Wealth Management leverages a broad product and service portfolio designed to create, protect, and pass on wealth, supported by a client-centric approach and integration within the broader Credit Agricole Group ecosystem. It offers solutions across wealth management, investment banking, merchant banking, and outsourced banking technology services through its subsidiary Azqore, serving a diverse clientele including private clients, large corporations, financial institutions, and external asset managers.
