Full House Resorts, Inc. owns, leases, develops, operates and manages casinos and related hospitality and entertainment facilities in regional U.S. markets including Illinois, Mississippi, Indiana, Nevada and Colorado. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company operates seven casino properties featuring slot machines, table games, poker rooms, hotels, dining outlets, sportsbooks, entertainment venues, spas, golf courses, RV parks and ferry services; these include American Place in Waukegan, Illinois, Silver Slipper Casino and Hotel in Hancock County, Mississippi, Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun, Indiana, Chamonix Casino Hotel and Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado, Grand Lodge Casino in Incline Village, Nevada, and Stockman’s Casino in Fallon, Nevada. It also derives revenue from contracted online sports wagering operations through seven permitted skins in Colorado, Indiana and Illinois, where third-party operators pay percentages of net gaming revenue subject to minimum guarantees. The company serves local residents and drive-in tourists across its Midwest & South, West and Contracted Sports Wagering segments, with approximately 3,389 slot machines and 2,010 employees as of late 2024. Recent developments include the phased opening of Chamonix Casino Hotel from December 2023 to October 2024 adjacent to Bronco Billy’s, enhancing luxury accommodations and amenities in Cripple Creek; the February 2023 opening of the temporary American Place facility, which achieved record third-quarter 2025 revenue and surpassed 115,000 customer database members, alongside unanimous city council approval and design work for a permanent $302 million resort with expanded slots, tables, villas and entertainment set for 2027 completion; and an August 2024 agreement to sell Stockman’s Casino for $9.2 million gross proceeds, with real property closed in September 2024 and operations continuing under leaseback pending full closure in early 2025.
