Business
Fuji Corporation develops, produces, and markets advanced machinery and industrial tools globally, operating through its key Robotic Solutions and Machine Tools divisions. The company provides a comprehensive suite of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment, including high-speed component mounters, precise solder printers, automated insertion devices, intelligent material handling systems, specialized software, and autonomous maintenance units. Within its Machine Tools segment, Fuji offers sophisticated automated CNC lathes and multitasking machines such as the GYROFLEX, ACUFLEX, and DLFn series, which integrate robotics for efficient, high-precision metal processing. Beyond these core offerings, the company also manufactures diverse multi-joint robots, innovative mobility assistance robots, atmospheric pressure plasma processing units, and public storage systems. Recent initiatives include enhancing its FUJI Smart Factory solutions through collaborations, such as the August 2025 partnership with Standard Robots to integrate Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for advanced factory automation. Established in 1959 and headquartered in Chiryu, Japan, the company adopted the name Fuji Corporation in April 2018, having previously been known as Fuji Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd.
