Business
Fidelity Minerals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold, copper and associated polymetallic mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset is its 44.5%-owned Las Huaquillas brownfield gold-copper project, with the right to increase its interest to 50%, located in the San Ignacio district of Cajamarca, northern Peru. Las Huaquillas comprises multiple mineralized zones and existing multi-level underground workings and is prospective for epithermal gold-silver mineralization and porphyry copper-gold systems. The project has a historical, non-CIM-compliant estimate of 446,000 ounces of gold and 5.3 million ounces of silver and includes an approximately 2.1-kilometer epithermal gold-silver trend that remains open along strike and at depth, as well as two identified porphyry copper-gold systems. The Company explores for and evaluates gold; copper; silver; lead; and zinc mineralization, with its current activities centered on geological interpretation, historic-data validation, surface access, permitting, community and stakeholder engagement, contractor mobilization, drill planning and resource-definition work intended to support a maiden NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate at Las Huaquillas. Fidelity Minerals targets a potential expansion of the project’s historical gold resource toward an initial conceptual one-million-ounce gold objective while assessing the project’s copper exploration potential. The Company also previously entered into an option agreement to acquire an initial 50% interest, with a right to increase to 100%, in the El Toro East, or Sunsets, porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold and polymetallic project in the Omineca Mining Division near Smithers, British Columbia, Canada. Fidelity Minerals was incorporated in 2003, was formerly known as Montan Mining Corp. until its January 2019 name change, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Its securities trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FMN, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under S5G0/S5GM and the Santiago Stock Exchange under MNYC. Recent corporate developments include the February 2026 announcement of ground access and the appointment of a contractor for work at Las Huaquillas; the December 2025 appointment of Ryan Batros as chief executive officer and completion of the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement; the July 2026 appointment of Dan Barnholden as capital-markets adviser; and the August 2026 closing and upsize of a non-brokered private placement, which raised approximately C$1.0 million to fund Peruvian exploration, community-relations activities and general working capital.
