Recent developments include the full acquisition of its joint venture partner's remaining 24% interest in Trilogy REIT Holdings for $258 million in cash during third-quarter 2025, completing sole ownership of Trilogy's integrated senior health campuses operated by Trilogy Management Services; additional 2025 acquisitions encompass a $65 million SHOP asset transitioned to Heritage Senior Living, partners' 51% interests in an unconsolidated joint venture with five pre-stabilized campuses for $118.4 million, a $36.2 million senior housing portfolio in Washington, a $7.5 million senior housing asset near Atlanta and approximately $210.8 million in total acquisitions closed in third-quarter 2025.
