Recent developments include the acquisition of its maiden Singapore logistics property at 2 Tuas South Link 1 for S$140.3 million from ESR in early 2025, marking entry into Singapore's logistics market near Tuas Mega Port; four additional logistics properties in Germany and other assets boosting its logistics exposure to 71.5%; and the issuance of S$100 million 2.45% fixed-rate notes due 2034 under its multicurrency debt programme, with gearing at around 34% post-acquisitions. Externally managed by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte.
