The company operates primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, and internationally, targeting patients with primary headaches, chronic pain sufferers, wellness consumers, and military personnel through prescription channels, direct-to-consumer sales, and partnerships including a Federal Supply Schedule contract with the U.S. Veterans Affairs (VA) FSS Service effective June 2025 to June 2030, supporting sales to 170 VA facilities. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Rockaway, New Jersey, electroCore recently completed the acquisition of NeuroMetrix in May 2025, expanding its non-pharmaceutical pain management portfolio and distribution within the VA Hospital System; launched the Truvaga wellness product line; reported record 2024 net sales of $25.2 million, up 57% year-over-year driven by 85% growth in VA/DoD channel sales; secured a new independent auditor, CBIZ CPAs, following Marcum LLP's resignation amid the acquisition; and continues to pursue strategic partnerships and clinical advancements in nVNS therapy.
