beaconsmind AG, operating as the Swissnet Group, provides information and communications technology (ICT) solutions specializing in high-performance network infrastructure, managed Wi-Fi services, intelligent automation systems, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms for the healthcare, retail, and hospitality sectors; it offers location-based marketing software, AI-powered concierge and guest engagement tools, secure communication systems, IPTV and smart room solutions, advanced firewalls with data protection and 24/7 monitoring, and digital transformation services for hotels, resorts, large venues, and retailers. Originally founded in 2015 and headquartered in Stäfa, Switzerland, at Seestrasse 3, the company pioneered location-based marketing technologies and has expanded operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific through its wholly-owned subsidiary swissnet APAC launched in June 2025, and the Middle East and North Africa via the Swissnet MENA joint venture. In late 2024 and early 2025, beaconsmind AG acquired ICT service provider Swissnet AG, hospitality tech firm Lokalee, and Advanced Digital Technology DWC-LLC for CHF 11.6 million, rebranded as the Swissnet Group, strengthened its global technology structure, secured major healthcare projects including with DSG Deutsche Seniorenhilfe and Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital, won WLAN infrastructure contracts for international hospitality chains and Dresden's municipal administration, expanded retail partnerships in Europe, and published half-year 2025 results showing significant revenue growth.
