Additional developments include the April 2024 acquisition of natif.ai for workflow automation, the January 2025 launch of RICOH Global Security Operation Center for managed security services, an October 2025 partner-led realignment in South Africa, a November 2025 global partnership with Neat for video collaboration and the creation of an AI-powered SaaS platform for process automation expansion.
